ChangeCheck Privacy Notice

Assessment data

Case labels, the ten assessment answers, verifier and approver role attestations, evidence references, drafts, and Decision Records are stored only in the customer’s browser. They are not sent to Tony Intelligence, Stripe, an analytics provider, or an AI service. Clearing browser data or changing devices can remove those local records.

Payment and entitlement data

Stripe processes the information needed to complete a purchase under Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices. ChangeCheck stores only the Stripe Checkout Session and Payment Intent identifiers, payment-entitlement status, price and amount checks, timestamps, a one-way keyed hash of the purchase email, and webhook processing identifiers. The purchase email entered for recovery is hashed for comparison and is not stored in plaintext by ChangeCheck.

Control Setup inquiries

If a customer requests the optional Control Setup by email, Tony Intelligence receives the information the customer chooses to include in that email and subsequent scheduling or service communications. Customers must not send bank details, credentials, payment instructions, supplier documents, request-supplied links, assessment answers, or unnecessary personal information. Service working materials should use functional roles and non-sensitive process descriptions.

Recovery and support

For a cleared browser, new device, or paid purchase with no successful return, email reece@tonyintelligence.com from the purchase email and include the Stripe receipt. Do not send bank credentials, client payment instructions, assessment answers, or other sensitive client information. Support will verify the purchase and provide the Checkout Session ID needed by the recovery form.

Data minimization

Do not enter bank account numbers, routing numbers, passwords, credentials, payment instructions, invoices, personal names, contact details, or unnecessary client information in ChangeCheck. Evidence references should identify an internal source without copying sensitive content.

Analytics and advertising

ChangeCheck does not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. It uses a secure, first-party entitlement cookie to remember purchase access in the current browser.
